Abstract
Based on the analysis of partial correlation coefficients between Principal Leadership variable (X1) on the Teacher Performance variable (Y) obtained a value of 0.833 so that it can be concluded that the results of the analysis is positive and has a strong level of influence. The Principal Leadership variable (X1) has an influence about 69.4% on the Teacher Performance (Y). Discipline Work (X2) on the Teacher Performance variable (Y) obtained a value of 0.901 so that it can be concluded that the analytical results are positive and has a very strong influence. The result of further calculation is about 81.2%. With the results mentioned above, it can be said that the Discipline Work variable (X2) has the effect of 81.2%. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis using the computer program SPSS with the results of the model that generates Summary R value of 0.918 and the value of R Square of 0.842 or 84.2%. This is stated by the results of analysis of independent variables of Leadership Head of School (X1) and Discipline Work (X2) with the dependent variable of Teacher Performance (Y) which has a positive value, so the two independent variables have highly significant influence.
