Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyse the competency of SDN Griya Bandung Indah teachers. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach to the phenyomological model. The data source used is the primary and secondary data source, the primary data source comes from SDN Griya Bandung Indah Teacher, while the secondary data is derived from http://dapo.dikdasmen.kemdikbud.go.id. Data collection using poll methods, interviews and documentation. Results concluded that the competency of teachers of SDN Griya Bandung Indah, in accordance with data Analysis 4 competency groups can be averaged the percentage as follows: Pedagogic competence 82%, personality competence 80.7%, social competence 88.5%, and professional competence 83%. From the overall result obtained an average of 83.55% with good criteria.
